Welcoming a new era of RED with an exciting rebrand & name change.

It's been 21 years since RED first launched, and it's fair to say a lot has changed in the SAP and tech recruitment industry since then. SAP technology has evolved into an entire digital ecosystem that interconnects with other technologies, increasing the demand for more specialised talent.

RED has evolved in tandem with these shifts, continuously innovating to ensure our clients’ digital transformations are a resounding success with the right talent for the job.

What sparked the RED rebrand

For over 21 years, we've been dedicated solely to SAP, hence our previous name of RED SAP Solutions.  However, as SAP has evolved their platform to work with other technologies, we have evolved our offering to include other technologies too. We are completely committed to SAP and the technologies that work with it.  We felt that our name and website didn't do that commitment justice. Our old brand and website had served us well, but it was time for an update and upgrade to truly reflect everything we do and what we stand for at RED.

The meaning behind our rebrand

We worked with a top London based branding agency, Design by Structure, who commented, “RED is one of the rarest of businesses, well run, wildly successful, absolutely the best at what they do and simply the nicest of people to work with. Our role was to harness the best of them and define their brand and positioning to ignite the next wave of growth. We focused on what makes them standout. Their mastery of the recruitment process from both a human and technical standpoint. Their ability to connect the right person to the right role where competitors throw CVs at clients. And an understanding of complex SAP and associated technology-based projects; the success of which have significant implications for their end clients. They are leaders with a brand and ambitions to match.”

Our name - RED Global

We wanted our name to reflect who we are today. In the last four years, we have been working with our SAP clients to deliver tech experts in other technologies that work with SAP. Therefore, using the name RED SAP Solutions was no longer giving our clients the full picture.

We thought it was important for our customers to truly understand just how global our business is. We reach all corners of the globe, supporting clients in over 70 countries.

We are RED Global.

Our logo

Although we’ve had a brand refresh and we are now called RED Global, our logo remains the same. This is a nod to our heritage and a reminder that at our very core, we are still the RED you all know and love. We continue to serve our clients, candidates and employees in the same manner as before; with commitment and expertise.

Colours

We’re still red, of course. This brand evolution shows a full commitment to red with a predominantly red colour theme in various shades of red, and with red accents throughout all our imagery. The use of this one powerful colour symbolises our commitment to who we are at our core, and our focus on SAP and related technologies.

Imagery

You'll find we use both people-focused imagery and photos that represent a macro worldview. That's because our work at RED Global is inherently about people and how those people shape the lives of others through technology. Whether that's giving customers a better experience, empowering teams to streamline their work processes, or nurturing people through their careers.

We also chose this imagery to demonstrate our company's purpose:

"To improve the way the world works, through people and technology."

Graphics

We've added a subtle spotlight behind every person featured on our website to show our intuitive ability to highlight the right person for the job. Once we understand who our clients are looking for, our recruitment consultants will already have some candidates in mind.

Our fast talent sourcing ability is down to our unrivalled rolling bench of over 300,000 SAP and tech experts, along with our in-depth knowledge of technology.

Text

It's been 5 years since our last website launched, and we felt that our website’s text didn't truly give our services justice. We wanted to explain what we do and how we do it, all while making it easier for our clients to find the key information they're looking for.

We've added new pages to our website and filled them with digestible content broken down into easy-to-read sections. There are also new pages that give insight into our total talent solutions which include services outside pure recruitment like budget resourcing and SI collaboration. These new pages make it much easier for our clients and candidates to navigate and understand.

We also wanted to inject our copy with our brand's personality, so our clients could get a true sense of who we are. Like our teams, our text is active, dynamic, and insightful.

Ross EadesA note from our CEO, Ross Eades

"Our new website and branding offer our clients and candidates a more authentic and engaging experience of our brand. Wherever you are in your journey with RED Global, we hope that our branding refresh helps you find what you're looking for that bit easier. Our web design agency and branding agency did an impressive job at encapsulating everything that RED Global offers in a modern, bold way, and we couldn't be more excited to see what the next 21 years bring."

To all our clients and candidates, we want to thank you for being a part of our incredible journey so far and can't wait to see what you think of our new branding! Explore our new website today and let us know your thoughts!

Die große Frage: SAP Custom oder Standard?

Ressourcen
