Software Quality Control Lead - Contract - 6 months - Remote

As a Software Quality Control Lead you will play a pivotal role within the Digital team, offering vital expertise in Quality and Compliance. A core focus involves integrating Agile Methodology into product development processes, Agile and GxP requirements while leveraging Automation and DevOps techniques for enhanced efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Advocating Agile software development practices to standardise best practices across teams, ensuring proper utilisation of Jira, Confluence, Gitlab/GitHub in GxP compliance.
• The role demands adeptness in transformation and leadership across various stakeholders, including Digital stakeholders, stakeholders outside the Digital Organisation, and External Stakeholders such as Regulatory Agency inspectors and External auditors.

Requirements:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in IT or Digital teams, preferably in domains like enterprise software deployment or software development, with significant exposure to Quality Management, compliance (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy), or Information Technology contributing to regulated projects or system lifecycle activities.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile adoption and software development lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in Product and Software development.
• Broad understanding of information technology solutions, principles, and their application to various specialties.
• Extensive knowledge of Quality Management, industry standards, regulations (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy, etc.), and trends.
• Strong familiarity with IT life-cycle processes and required controls to ensure reliability and compliance of Computerised Systems and services.
• Experience in validating Computerised Systems in a GxP environment and applying Agile and Lean practices to System Lifecycle activities in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in utilising Life Cycle management tools, especially Jira/Confluence and GitHub.
• Ability to support the implementation of new technologies such as SaaS systems, RPA, and Machine Learning in a regulated context.
• Established proficiency with project management programs, SCRUM, various Agile techniques, code management, Continuous Integration/Delivery Implementation (CI/DI), testing, DevOps, and Automation.
