On behalf of our international end client, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced Workday Time & Absence consultant to support their Workday - HCM Program roll out.
The role involves functional design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement, particularly focused on the localisation of Time & Absence management across multiple countries.
The consultant would be expected to start mid-September, for an initial 6-month contract with the high likelihood of extensions as it is a global roll out. The role would be offered on a remote basis, but only to candidates who are based in Europe: ideally in Poland, Romania, or other Eastern European countries.
Desired skills:
- 5+ years of Workday functional experience in Time & Absence module
- Experience working with end users and the business
- Strong stakeholder management - explaining complex topics (e.g., Workday Functionalities to users and the business)
- Proactive attitude with excellent written and spoken communication - English
