RED has now new opportunity for one of our clients is urgently looking for an UKG Pro WFM to join a new project, the contract will be until August 2025 with possible extension.
This contract will be Remote and need an English Speaker.
You need to have at least 10+ year experience working with UKG Pro WFM and speak English.

- Initial end date: 6 months with possible extension

Description:
The UKG Proconsultant is responsible for designing and implementing UKG Pro WFM solutions, ensuring seamless integration within INGKA's technology landscape. This role involves collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to address complex business requirements through effective system design and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation: configure UKG Pro WFM modules, such as Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave, and Attendance, to meet organizational needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
Review and ensure Technical Documentation: Review and ensure quality of functional and technical design documents, including test plans and implementation document.
