RED is pleased to be working with a global manufacturing business, looking for an OT System Engineer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Having end-to-end responsibility for the operation, maintenance and fault analysis of the hazard management system in the OT network, including burglar alarm systems, alarm reception technology, video surveillance/video management systems.
• Improving and promoting collaboration between IT and OT as well as cross-functional teams to unify cybersecurity strategies and security engineering
• Handling a strategic leadership in the selection and use of partner companies in the OT area
• Constantly ensuring compliance with and comprehensive documentation of cybersecurity regulations and standards in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Responsible in planning and implementing renovation and new construction projects and prepare well-founded feasibility studies, as well as analysing and rectifying any faults.

Key Requirements:

• Proven years of experience working in the field of electrical systems and industrial software; including good knowledge of Winguard system.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, virtualization, IT security and network technologies.
• Higher Degree in Electrical Engineering or IT or any similar trainings and certifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; very good communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English and German
