Senior UX/UI Designer & Research - ASAP - 6 months - Remote

For our longterm client, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer & Researcher to support their Grid Analysis product line. You'll translate business and technical requirements into design, working with four Scrum teams (POs, Scrum Masters, Architects, Analysts).
Tasks:
* Lead UX research and document in the Elia Group repository
* Conduct workshops (framing, ideation, co-design, testing)
* Gather user needs through interviews, tests, surveys, etc.
* Create personas from research data
* Define interaction models and evaluate success
* Identify and improve business processes and user journeys
* Create storyboards, flows, and site maps
* Develop wireframes and prototypes in Figma
* Finalize UI design in Figma
* Present design solutions and collaborate with developers
* Focus on Scrum tools for grid Operators
Skills:
* 5+ years UI design (Figma) for web, mobile, desktop
* Experience in complex UX/UI workflows
* Design thinking in agile environments
* Strong research (qualitative and quantitative)
* Portfolio of complex software projects
* Interaction design, information architecture expertise
* Proficient in wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript a plus
* Figma, Miro expertise; Azure DevOps experience
* Energy sector and technical jargon familiarity a plus
* Condens and Control-Center environment experience a plus
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 6 months (+extension)
* Capacity: 4-5 day per week
* Location: Remote (1-2 days per months in Berlin)
* Language: German & English fluent
