RED has now new opportunity for one of our clients is urgently looking for a Scrum Master Consultant to join a project, the contract will be hybrid on a 6 months with possible extension.
This contract will be hybrid and need an English Speaker.
You need to have at least 5+ year experience working with Scrum Master experience with Agile and speak English.
- Job title: Scrum Master Consultant
- Start date: ASAP
- Initial end date: 6+ months possible extension
- Work capacity: Hybrid travel once/week 1 day on-site rest remote, Full time 5 days/week 8 hr/day
- Speak English (high level required)
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the development team on Agile best practices and Scrum principles.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog prioritisation and effective communication.
- Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
- Support the team in improving delivery speed, quality, and predictability.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements in Agile processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (5+ years) in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
- Experience working in the financial sector, preferably within Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, or Valuations.
- Previous experience setting up Agile processes in teams with limited or no prior Agile framework.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and risk specialists.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is an advantage.
