Job Title: SAP Tester / QA Automation Engineer (SAP CRM)

Location: Remote in EUROPE
Employment Type: Contract until EOY with potential extension opportunities available

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our SAP CRM development team. You will work closely with SAP functional consultants, ABAP developers, Scrum Masters, and the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP CBTA automation, testing strategies, and a strong analytical mindset to enhance our SAP CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SAP CBTA automation scripts for comprehensive testing.

• Create composite tests by stitching multiple test cases together.

• Utilise Test Data Containers and work with variable-driven test executions.

• Perform automated testing using SAP Solution Manager for test executions.

• Validate SAP CRM functionality, including Provisioning Orders, Order Submissions, Fulfilment Status, and ODI steps.

• Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless system integration and process validation.

Core Requirements:

Tools & Technologies:

• SAP CBTA for automation.

• SAP Solution Manager for execution tracking.

Target System:

• SAP CRM On-Premise.

• Testing order provisioning and fulfilment work-flows.

Your Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and QA automation.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.

• Experience in E2E integration testing or system testing in a complex IT environment.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

• Exposure to performance testing and security testing is a plus.

• Experience working with cross-border teams in an English-speaking environment.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SAP system testing (SAP CRM, S/4HANA experience is a big plus).

• Proficiency in QA automation tools for front-end, back-end, and integration testing.

• Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, E2E testing, usability, accessibility, compatibility, localisation, and API testing.

• Ability to collaborate with development teams to detect, analyse, and resolve software issues.

• Analytic mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Solid experience in functional testing, QA metrics, planning, and test case design.

• Prior e-commerce experience.

• Experience with SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing) is a significant advantage.

• Ability to define and implement QA strategies within a project.

• Experience leading a team of QA engineers.

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex tasks.
