We are looking for a Senior consultant PP with a good PM and QM knowledge. The candidate must have experience of PP in discrete manufacturing industry (A&D is a plus). The candidate must have relevant experience with S/4.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mission description: pilot implementation of production module integrated with EWM, finance, controlling and interface with an MES.
Functionalities to develop (and document):
· Configuration of PP with integration with EWM, finance & controlling
· Interface with MES
· pMRP, scheduling, MRP Live, capacity leveling, shopfloor management
· Ability to drive detailed design workshops
· Ability to plan the training sessions to the key users and to proceed with the trainings
· Support to the testing sessions
· Integration with Quality management
· Detailed analysis, configuration of the system
· WRICEF supervision
· Support to the data migration: data mapping, error tracking and corrections, data loading
· Setup of the cutover plan and realization of the go-live
· End user support post go-live
Locations: Washington, DC, Cottonwoods Falls (KS), Cuba (MO)
