About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant with Vertex tax engine expertise to join our team for a 6-month extendable contract based in the Nuremberg area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects while ensuring compliance with German tax regulations and delivering optimized financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP FI solutions with Vertex integration.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot tax automation processes within SAP.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with German tax regulations.
• Provide technical expertise on SAP FI functionalities and Vertex tax engine.
• Perform testing, documentation, and training of end-users.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI and other business modules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP FI module implementation and support.
• Expertise in Vertex tax engine integration within SAP environments.
• Understanding of German financial regulations and tax laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
