Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ALE Developer to join a dynamic project on a 6-month contract basis. This is a 100% remote role, but candidates must be based in Germany and fluent in German.
As an SAP ALE Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ALE/IDoc integrations between SAP systems and external applications. You will play a key role in optimizing data exchange processes and troubleshooting integration issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and enhance ALE/IDoc interfaces for seamless data exchange.

Set up Logical Systems, RFC connections, Partner Profiles, and Distribution Models.

Create and customize Message Types, Segments, and Process Codes.

Troubleshoot and resolve IDoc processing errors using SAP tools.
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with third-party systems.

Optimize performance and security of ALE/IDoc processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an SAP ALE Developer, with expertise in IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and ABAP development.

Strong understanding of SAP integration and middleware technologies.

Ability to troubleshoot IDoc failures and optimize performance.

Experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

Must be fluent in German.

Must be based in Germany.
