Hello! RED is currently seeking a Requirements Management /Operational Acceptance Analysis Resource for a 5+ year contract role with a client that provides services to international, governmental, and defence organizations. This position will be on-site 5 days a week in Norfolk, VA. Candidates must have a top-secret security clearance.
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- A Chartered engineer with a technology-based Master's degree (MSc) or equivalent
- 5 years in the last 10 in the field of requirements engineering to include requirements management and requirements elicitation
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of 3 years in the last 10 of requirements management tools (JIRA or IBM Rational DOORS)
- 5 years in the last 10 in the field of capability development processes related to national/NATO military command and control at the development and/or acquisition phases
- 5 years in the last 10 in the field of Complex IT Modernization Projects for large organizations (National/NATO)
- Demonstrate 5 years Program and Project Management experience in the past 10 years within a complex and dynamic environment
- Demonstrate 3 years' experience and operational knowledge in the last 15 working in the J6/CIS area in an operational HQ
- Demonstrate 3 years in the last 10 experience in briefing senior leaders/decision makers (OF-6 and above)
- Demonstrate 3 years in the last 10 a sound knowledge of Capability Development and Management processes in the C2 area
- Demonstrate 3 years' experience in the last 10 with working in a National or NATO strategic or operational command
- Working knowledge of Capability Architectures
