On behalf of a global client, RED is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead deployment of continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma elements, Organizational Change Management (e3+) and provide related coaching.
Scope:
The role will manage lean and problem-solving certifications, and act as a change agent for transformation.
This position supports initiatives delivering 3% to 5% COP (Core Operating Profit) savings of addressable spend in scope/annum
This role is site and/or Operating Unit specific with an expectation of supporting strategic imperatives goals and objectives within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in business process management and modelling, ensuring alignment with Business Process Architecture.
- Identify, Map and document current business processes related to our Biotech Manufacturing site, including workflows, key activities, inputs, outputs, and inter-dependencies.
- Analyse these processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas where improvements can be made and redesign processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize cycle times.
- Develop more agile and adaptable processes that can quickly respond to new opportunities or shifts in the drug discovery landscape.
- Design systems that facilitate the automation of repetitive tasks and data analysis to free up valuable resources for critical thinking and decision-making.
- Lead change management to ensure that changes in business processes are accepted and effectively implemented across the organization.
