Our international client is looking for an experience Freelance Network Architect with 10 years of experience working as a Principal Network Engineer or as a Network Architect to join them on a new project, the initial contract is due to last 6 months with a high chance of extension. We are looking for someone who can commit to going on site in Oslo 2 days a week and speaks Norwegian.

- Position: Network Architect.
- Contract type: Freelance B2B.
- Contract Length: 6 months initially.
- Location: Hybrid in Oslo (2 days a week)
- Languages: Norwegian and English is a must
Skills required
- In-depth in SDN / VMware NSX / ACI / SD-WAN / MPLS, Routing and Switching, WLAN, IPv6 LAN/WAN expertise · Data center network re-engineering
- Internet access engineering
- Network Virtualization using VXLAN's , OTV's and Fabric Path
- Switch Series (Cisco): Nexus 9K , 7K ,5K , APIC's and 6500
- WAN acceleration and content distribution
- Load Balancers : F5 LTM, GTM , Citrix Netscaler
- Tools : Cisco Prime, Solarwinds , Service-Now, Spectrum, E-Health, Netflow, Wireshark
- QoS, Multicast, IP traffic engineering
- Experience in Network audits.
- Presentation skills/Handling client visits.
- Run books & SOP's creation & implementing best practices.
- Knowledge in Network Automation
