Must-Have
- Hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and supporting IBM Cloud Pak for AI Operations (CP4AIOPS).
- Expertise in the Netcool suite, including Omnibus, IMPACT, Message Bus Probe, SNMP Probe, and JAZZ, with experience in Topology Manager, ASM, and RBA.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning models, particularly in the telecom domain.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized environments.
- Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Bash, and JavaScript.
- Experience deploying use cases using GitHub or other CI/CD tools.
- Solid background in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and log analysis tools like Splunk.
- Ability to fine-tune AI models and algorithms for optimized performance.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and AI teams to implement solutions aligned with business needs.
Good-to-Have
- Knowledge of DevOps, ITIL, and AIOps methodologies.
- Experience in task automation, workflow optimization, and leveraging AI-driven insights for rapid issue detection and resolution.
- Ability to generate reports, conduct root-cause analyses, and document configuration and deployment processes for future reference.
