***HCM/Workday Data Consultant - Latam - Remote***
Here at RED, we are looking for an HCM/Workday Data Consultant to start on an Workday Integration project for one of our global end clients.
The Data Consultant is expected to start ASAP and for an initial 12 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Extraction & Transformation:
- Design, develop, and manage ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources.
- Perform data transformation using SQL and other ETL tools to align with Workday and Workforce data models.
- Optimize complex SQL queries and ensure high performance during large data transfers.
- Data Loading & Integration:
- Perform data loads into Workday and Workforce systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with system standards.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to coordinate data migration and ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Data Quality & Validation:
- Implement robust data validation checks and reconciliation processes post-load.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Desired skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in ETL development and data migration.
- Strong expertise in SQL (including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning).
- Hands-on experience with Workday and/or Workforce data structures and integration processes.
- Experience with ETL tools such as SQL or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of HR data models and payroll systems is a plus.
