One of our International Customers at RED is in the search of experienced Cloud Data Engineers for a freelance and fully remote contract in Europe.
Role: Cloud Data Engineer
Industry: Pharmaceuticals
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6+ Months (with possible renewal; long-term Project)
- Contract: Freelance (no permanent/ no Visa/ No sponsorship can be offered)
- Workload: Full Time
- Location: Fully-Remote (Candidate has to be based in Europe)
- Language: English (Reading and Writing)
Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Cloud Data Engineer experienced mainly in Databricks, and other Azure tools like Data Lake. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BI solutions using Databricks and Azure services
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines with Azure Data Factory for data integration
- Create efficient data models in Databricks Delta Lake
- Develop advanced analytics and dashboards for insights presentation
- Optimize performance and ensure system reliability
- Document technical designs and provide user training and support
