For our customer in Southern Switzerland we are looking for an CAPEX Lead - Infrastructure.
Your main is to plan, execute, and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects related to shared infrastructure (e.g., energy, wastewater).
Tasks:
* Project Management & Execution: Oversee planning, execution, and handover of CAPEX infrastructure projects (1-50 MCHF) within safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets.
* Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multinational project teams, managing internal and external resources effectively.
* Project Control & Risk Management: Ensure proper project control systems for risk, cost, and schedule, conducting regular reviews to maintain objectives.
* Technical & Regulatory Compliance: Implement best practices while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
* 5-10 years in engineering, with 5+ years in CAPEX infrastructure projects (Energy, Waste water, etc.).
* Strong project management, contract management, and project controlling skills
* Leadership experience in major international investment projects
Project details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 12 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week
* Location: Southern Switzerland
* Language: German and English
