Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Remote with 1/2 days travel to Office in either ROME, NAPLES, MILAN or BARI
Contract Type: Initial 12-14 month contract with potential extension opportunities. Long term project

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements from various sources (documentation, regulations, client interviews).
• Design workflows using BPMN notation with tools like CAMUNDA.
• Create detailed functional specifications using Use Case or User Story notation and produce WireFrames of application pages.
• Design logical Entity-Relationship (E/R) models and perform SQL-based data analysis.
• Develop comprehensive test cases for system validation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process design, and functional analysis.
• Experience with BPMN and tools like CAMUNDA.
• Knowledge of SQL and logical data modelling.
• Ability to create WireFrames and test cases.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Microservices applications development.
• Familiarity with UML diagrams (Use Case, Sequence, Activity, State, Class).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM framework.
• Ability to read Java code to extract requirements.
• Experience with Function Point estimates using IFPUG methodology.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and techniques.
